The Breek Arms WARHAMMER AR-15 ambidextrous charging handle is a simple and affordable upgrade that will substantially increase the use of your AR-15, AR 300 BO, or AR-9. This is the perfect replacement for any factory charging handle. No gunsmith required. The standard charging handle on an AR-15 or AR-9 rifle or pistol is one of the easiest to replace. Simply pop the rear takedown pin and open up the upper receiver. Remove the bolt carrier group and standard charging handle. Then replace it with the new WARHAMMER dual-sided charging handle and push both the BCG and charging handle back in, close the upper receiver and push back in the rear takedown pin.

Most “budget” charging handles coming out on the market are made of inferior 6061 aluminum. This is so important! Our QC has found that 6061 aluminum material is too soft and weak for the stress that a charging handle goes through. Latches will begin to break and the stem will bend when running AR9 bolt carrier groups. Breek Arms opted to go with 7075-T6 aluminum so that none of these issues will occur. The stems and extended latches can take repeated abuse and not weaken, bend or break. It even is 15% lighter than a standard charging handle! It also comes with an aluminum latch which helps negate wear on the upper receiver. Many budget charging handles come with steel latches that put more wear on the upper receiver.

Here at Breek Arms, all of our aluminum coatings are Type III Class 2 Hard coat anodized. This keeps the finish a deep black rather than a dull gray. This coating is above mil-spec standards. The durability and finish quality are the toughest out there.

One of the best features of our charging handle that has been noted by customers and reviewers is how easily accessible the handles are with any optic on your rifle. The low profile design keeps it slim and sleek looking without sacrificing functionality. The handles themselves are extended 2.75” total, vs a standard handle at 2.0625”. The WARHAMMER is equipped with what we call the “gas buster”. This feature covers the back of the upper receiver to help prevent gas from escaping and hitting your face which occurs when you are running a suppressor.
